As Astana is separated into two parts (Left and Right banks), it’s important to mention the centers of both places. The center of the Right bank — Respublika avenue. Left bank — “Bayterek” Monument (Akmeshit st., Dostyk st., Turkistan st., Kunayev st.).
TAXI
It’s an ordinary situation, if you go out and flag a taxi, and the average price will be different. Everything depends on the destination, so the price may vary from 200 to 1500 KZT.

“Uber” is a taxi service popular in more than 450 cities worldwide. Nowadays in Astana many people use this app. The cars that available — Toyota Camry, Hyundai Accent and Kia Rio.
The initial charge is 170 KZT, plus 40 KZT per one kilometer and 5 KZT per one minute.
One of the advantages of “Uber” is the way of paying. You have to write the number of your credit card and the route will be paid automatically.

Despite the opportunity to check what bus you can use, it’s possible to see almost all information about the place you are going to, for example if it’s a cafe, restaurant or store. You can see the route not only of the bus, but also you can see how to come there by car or on feet.
“Astra Bus”
You can use it with such platforms as iOS, Android. “Astra Bus” shows the real-time of the bus and all buses of the city.
